Summary:
As a Technology Architect, a typical day involves designing and delivering comprehensive technology architectures tailored for platforms, products, or specific engagements. This role requires defining solutions that address critical aspects such as performance, capability, and scalability to ensure robust and efficient systems. The position demands a strategic approach to technology design, balancing innovation with practical implementation to meet evolving business needs and technical challenges.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
- Lead the evaluation and integration of emerging technologies to enhance architectural frameworks.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentorship within the team to foster professional growth and technical excellence.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in ServiceNow Integration Hub.
- Strong experience in designing scalable and high-performance technology architectures.
- Ability to analyze complex technical requirements and translate them into effective architectural solutions.
- Familiarity with integration patterns and best practices for connecting diverse systems and platforms.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on cross-team collaboration and solution delivery.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 7 years of experience in ServiceNow Integration Hub.
- This position is based at our PDC2C - SEZ office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
