Role Overview
The AIRBUS ERP Platform team is seeking a highly skilled and results-oriented SAP Signavio Expert with 5 to 7 years of specialized experience to join our ERP Center of Excellence (COE). In this mid-to-senior role, you will act as a key driver for our enterprise S/4HANA business transformation, bridging business processes and IT architecture while streamlining process complexity across our global SAP landscape.
You will be responsible for the hands-on administration, configuration, cross-functional execution, and tactical rollout of the SAP Signavio suite—focusing heavily on Signavio Process Collaboration Hub, Signavio Process Modeler, and Signavio Process Governance.
Key Responsibilities
- Tool Administration & Execution: Lead the configuration, user administration, and tactical deployment of SAP Signavio across business functions, ensuring integration alignment with LeanIX within the Airbus ERP ecosystem.
- S/4HANA Transformation Support: Drive business process mapping, dynamic modeling, and process optimization using Signavio to directly enable large-scale S/4HANA transformation initiatives.
- SAP Activate Facilitation: Apply SAP Activate methodology to guide process discovery, facilitate Fit-to-Standard workshops with cross-functional teams, and support end-to-end process lifecycle management.
- Architectural & Toolchain Alignment: Connect business process modeling (Signavio) with enterprise architecture repositories (LeanIX) and SAP Cloud ALM to maintain a consistent "single source of truth" across the enterprise.
- Governance & Standards: Enforce global BPMN 2.0 standards, process modeling blueprints, and Signavio governance frameworks across global business units and COE project workstreams.
- Process Insights & Continuous Improvement: Leverage Signavio analysis capabilities to highlight process bottlenecks, identify automation candidates, and operationalize best-practice process models.
Key Qualifications
Experience
- 5 to 7 years of hands-on experience in business process modeling, process mining, or enterprise business transformation projects.
- 3+ years of direct experience in configuring, administering, and modeling within the SAP Signavio Suite (Collaboration Hub, Process Modeler, Process Governance).
- Solid track record of participating in S/4HANA transformation projects, particularly in process discovery, mapping, and capability modeling.
- Direct experience working within complex, global enterprise environments and cross-functional project teams.
Technical Skills
- Expertise in SAP Signavio Suite: Advanced proficiency in Process Modeler and Process Governance, alongside administrative setup of Process Collaboration Hub.
- Methodologies & Standards: Strong practical knowledge of SAP Activate methodology (Fit-to-Standard, Value Assurance) and strict adherence to BPMN 2.0 standards.
- SAP Ecosystem Familiarity: Solid understanding of core SAP modules, ERP solution landscapes, and cloud architecture principles.
Soft Skills & Core Competencies
- Analytical & Problem-Solving: Ability to dissect complex business workflows and translate them into standardized process models.
- Cross-Functional Communication: Strong interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate between business process owners, functional consultants, and IT technical teams.
- Adaptability: Self-starter capable of managing multiple project deliverables in a fast-paced environment.
- Language: Fluent in spoken and written English.
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related discipline.
