Project Role : Technology Account Lead
Project Role Description : Function as primary contact for technology work at each account. Integrate technology contracts and engagements at the client. Leverage all technology offerings to expand the scope of technology work at the account (up-sell/cross-sell). Create the technology account plan and get the right people involved to maximize the opportunity and build the account.

Summary:
As a Technology Account Lead, a typical day involves serving as the main point of contact for all technology-related activities within client accounts. This role requires coordinating various technology contracts and engagements, ensuring seamless integration and alignment with client needs. The day includes strategizing to broaden the technology footprint by identifying opportunities for expanding services and collaborating with diverse teams to develop comprehensive account plans. Engaging stakeholders and mobilizing the right resources to optimize account growth and foster strong client relationships are key aspects of daily responsibilities.

- Should have influencing and Advisory skills.
- Engage with multiple teams and responsible for team decisions.
- Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams, and provide solutions to business area problems.
- Drive strategic initiatives to enhance client satisfaction and technology delivery outcomes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align technology solutions with business objectives.
- Mentor and support junior team members to foster professional growth and knowledge sharing.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 18 years of experience in Delivery Excellence.
- This position is based at our Pune office.
