We are looking for a Technical Service & Development Specialist to join our EMEA Technical Service & Development team. In this role, you will work directly with customers across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa, providing expert support for industry-leading reverse osmosis (RO), nanofiltration (NF), ultrafiltration (UF) membranes, and ion exchange resin (IER) technologies.

This is an exciting opportunity for an engineer or water treatment professional who enjoys troubleshooting, problem-solving, and seeing the real-world impact of their work while collaborating with customers and colleagues across multiple countries and industries.

What You'll Do

As a trusted technical expert, you will help customers improve system performance, overcome operational challenges, and maximize the value of our water treatment solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide technical support and expertise for RO, NF, UF membrane systems and ion exchange resin technologies across the EMEA region.
• Partner with customers to understand their water treatment challenges and develop tailored technical solutions.
• Conduct on-site visits, technical audits, troubleshooting activities, and customer training programs.
• Support membrane cleaning studies, performance evaluations, data normalization, and system optimization activities.
• Assist customers during the start-up and commissioning of UF, RO, and IER installations.
• Manage pilot unit operation, troubleshooting, and performance monitoring.
• Support technology evaluations and customer trials, helping demonstrate the value of our solutions.
• Prepare professional technical reports and recommendations for both customers and internal stakeholders.
• Deliver technical presentations, workshops, and seminars for customers and industry audiences.
• Utilize design and modeling tools such as WAVE® and other water treatment performance software to develop technical proposals and optimize customer systems.
• Ensure all activities comply with Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS) requirements.

What We're Looking For

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Water Technology, Chemistry, Environmental Sciences, or a related technical field.
• 3-5 years of experience supporting water treatment systems, including: Ultrafiltration (UF) Reverse Osmosis (RO/NF) Ion Exchange Resins (IER)
• Experience providing technical support, troubleshooting, commissioning, or field service support.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Professional proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
• Additional European language skills are a plus.
• Willingness to travel approximately 60% across the EMEA region.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with pilot testing, membrane cleaning, and process optimization.
• Familiarity with water treatment design software and modeling tools.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a multinational team.
• A customer-focused mindset with a passion for building long-term relationships and solving customer challenges.
