As Arrow Global Components (AGC), a part of Arrow Electronics, we are a leader in distribution and value-added services related to electronic components. We resell, customize, and distribute electronic components to our clients all over the world. Our business is based on a trusted, long-lasting net of relationships with industry leaders, both on the supplier and customer side. 

The automotive and transportation electronics market is growing rapidly. To support this growth, we are looking for a Technical Sales Engineer to join our team in France.

What You Will Be Doing at Arrow? 
•    Identify and develop new Automotive & Transportation customers and business opportunities
•    Take ownership of some existing accounts 
•    Exceed profitable sales objectives through demand creation
•    Frequently visit customers to develop relationships at all levels.
•    Maximize Arrow design-in profile by responding to customer engineering and financial careabouts
•    Meet suppliers and position their key technologies at customers’ using a challenger mindset
•    Manage all resources to grow the business with Field Application Engineers, Internal Sales, Marketing, Asset and Suppliers
•    Understand and promote Arrow’s supply chain solutions
 

What Are We Looking For? 
•    Demonstrated experience within electronic distribution, semiconductor manufacturers, Tier 1 suppliers or OEM environments

•    Solid understanding of semiconductor technologies, with a strong interest in the industry

•    Degree or Equivalent in the Technology discipline (preferably Engineering School degree)
•    Technical Selling Mindset
•    Proactive, Curious, flexible, energetic and continuous learner
•    Positive and constructive mindset
•    French and English fluent
•    Project management
•    Time and Priority Management

•    Location in France (preferably in Paris)
