Role Overview

We are seeking a highly experienced Technical Lead Architect to lead the architecture, design, and development of next-generation Telematics and Core Information Software platforms. The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in modern C++, Embedded Linux, distributed systems, and software architecture, while remaining hands-on in coding, debugging, and technical problem solving.

Key Responsibilities

Define and drive software architecture for Telematics and Core Information Software platforms.

Lead technical design, architecture reviews, and engineering best practices.

Develop and maintain robust, scalable, and high-performance software solutions using C & modern C++.

Provide technical leadership and mentorship to development teams.

Design and implement middleware and communication frameworks using MQTT, ROS2, and gRPC.

Drive software quality through code reviews, CI/CD, automated testing, and DevOps practices.

Lead performance optimization, root cause analysis, and debugging of complex embedded systems.

Champion AI-powered engineering practices and adoption of Agentic AI frameworks to improve software development productivity.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Electronics, Embedded Systems, or related field.

14+ years of experience in software development with significant experience in Telematics, Connected Systems, or Embedded Software.

Skills Descripter:

Strong hands-on expertise in C,  Modern C++ (C++11/14/17/20), Python and Object-Oriented Programming.

Deep understanding of software design principles, SOLID principles, and design patterns.

Extensive experience with Embedded Linux development and system architecture.

Strong knowledge of:

MQTT

ROS2

gRPC

TCP/IP Networking

Multi-threaded and Distributed Systems

Experience with Git, CI/CD pipelines, DevOps practices, and Agile development methodologies.

Proficiency with debugging, profiling, and performance analysis tools such as GDB, Valgrind, Perf, and Wireshark.

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in telematics, connected vehicle, IoT, or edge computing platforms.

Knowledge of cloud-connected architectures and Edge AI solutions.

Experience leveraging AI-assisted development tools and Agentic AI frameworks across the software development lifecycle.
