As a Technical Consultant, you will work with sales and technical teams to deliver products that will secure the digital lives of millions of people.

A WEEK IN THE LIFE OF A TECHNICAL CONSULTANT

• You will serve as the primary interface for customers.
• You will participate in the pre-sale, deployment and maintenance of products.
• You will manage the life-cycle of new products from requirements to deployment and order management.
• You will develop technical specifications to describe customer requirements.
• You will understand the technical needs of customers and identify products and solutions.
• You will deliver technical presentations and trainings to customers.
• You will provide knowledge about market competition.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

• To do this job, you must be proficient in technical support, project management, and integration, Solid working experience in smart cards, system deployment/validation, administration and maintenance support.
• We would appreciate if you had a Business School Degree.
• You need to be fluent in English
•  We would like someone to join our team who is a good verbal and writing
  communicator, customer and business oriented, organized, autonomous, rigorous, works well under pressure, team player, good interpersonal skills, creative, analytical thinker, problem-solver, positive attitude.
• You need to have a Master’s Degree in Electronic Engineering, Computer Science or related.
• We are looking for someone with 1 to 5 years of experience in a relevant field
  (preferably Smartcard, Embedded Software or Services provider background,
  Telecom or Secure Transactions area) or equivalent experience within THALES.
