Responsibilities:
The responsibilities for the position include:
- Assist in the coordination and delivery of technical assistance to clients, including scheduling meetings, preparing materials, and tracking project timelines.
- Communicate with clients to provide updates, gather information, and address inquiries.
- Support the preparation and distribution of project reports, presentations, and other deliverables.
- Maintain and update project documentation and client records.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of project tasks and deliverables.
- Assist in the development and implementation of client service processes and procedures.
- Provide administrative support for client service activities, including data entry, filing, and document management.
- Monitor and report on project progress and client feedback.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to the overall client service strategy.
Qualifications:
Education, Knowledge, and Experience
- Bachelor's degree and 2+ years of relevant experience or a Master's degree.
- At least two years of special education teaching experience or experience supporting professional development and coaching projects within an educational organization.
- Knowledge of the Individuals with Disabilities Education Act (IDEA) and related special education requirements.
- Experience delivering virtual and onsite professional development and coaching to local educators in Tennessee.

- Virtual and in-person presentation, training, and coaching skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Customer service-oriented mindset.
- Effective communication skills with the ability to collaborate efficiently in a virtual work environment.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
