Iron Mountain is seeking an experienced Technical Architect – DXP Solutions to join our Global Technology Organization (GTO) / EMEA Solutions Engineering team.

In this role, you will be responsible for driving end-to-end technical solution architecture (25%) and hands-on full-stack code development (75%) for enterprise customer implementations and integrations on Iron Mountain’s InSight® Digital Experience Platform (DXP).

What You'll Do (Responsibilities)

In this role, you will:

·       Solution Architecture & Technical Design: Lead high-level design sessions and translate complex business requirements into scalable, secure, end-to-end architectures for new and existing customer implementations on the InSight DXP platform.

·       Hands-On Code Development: Actively design, develop, test, and deploy production-ready full-stack microservices and API integrations across Development, QA, and Production environments.

·       System Optimization & Quality Assurance: Drive the adoption of Test-Driven Development (TDD), clean code principles, and robust CI/CD pipelines while analyzing and resolving complex performance bottlenecks or technical issues.

·       Agile Leadership & Engineering Mentorship: Mentor engineering squads, optimize development workflows, establish technical best practices, and oversee solution delivery across the full SDLC in an Agile environment.

·       Collaboration & Partner Integration: Lead technical design and integration discussions with internal engineering teams, external partner vendors, and domain leadership to integrate cloud infrastructure and AI/ML services.

What You'll Bring (Skills & Qualifications)

The ideal candidate will have:

·       10+ years of hands-on software development and coding experience building and deploying enterprise applications and microservice-based enterprise cloud architectures.

·       Strong knowledge of Front-End & Back-End Stacks: Proficiency in React JS, Redux, Material UI, ReCharts, JavaScript, Java, Java Spring Boot, RESTful API design, and JSON/XML payloads.

·       Strong knowledge of Cloud, Databases & DevOps: Hands-on experience with AWS and GCP environments, Docker, Kubernetes, Kafka, GitLab/Git/Bitbucket, Jenkins CI/CD, and databases (Oracle, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, DynamoDB).

·       Proven ability in Enterprise Domain Knowledge: Deep understanding of AI/ML techniques, Content Service Platforms (CSP), Electronic Content Management (ECM), and leading cross-functional delivery in matrixed Agile environments.

·       Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical discipline.
