As a Tech - VBCS - Senior Associate, you will engage with clients to deliver Oracle Technology solutions within our Technology Consulting practice. Your role will involve analyzing complex business application needs and providing tailored solutions that enhance client operations. As a Senior Associate, you will leverage your skills to build meaningful client relationships and navigate complex challenges, while mentoring junior team members. You will be expected to anticipate client needs and deliver solutions that align with their strategic goals.

In this role at PwC Acceleration Center India, you will have the opportunity to deepen your understanding of Oracle technologies and contribute to the growth of our Oracle competency network. You will work closely with clients to understand their unique requirements and deliver solutions that drive business success. This position offers a platform to enhance your personal brand and technical skills, while contributing to the delivery of impactful client solutions.

Responsibilities

- Leading the development and implementation of Oracle Application Development Framework (ADF) solutions to support client business needs
- Utilizing Oracle Cloud Infrastructure to enhance system performance and scalability
- Conducting process improvement and optimization initiatives to streamline business operations
- Collaborating with clients to understand their business transformation goals and provide strategic technology planning
- Designing automation processes to improve efficiency and reduce manual intervention
- Analyzing complex data sets using Oracle Business Intelligence (BI) Publisher to generate actionable insights
- Facilitating Oracle Data Integration to validate seamless data flow across systems
- Embracing change and fostering an environment of innovation and creativity within the team
- Providing mentorship and guidance to junior team members to support their professional growth
- Building and maintaining strong client relationships to anticipate and address their evolving needs

What You Must Have

- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 2 years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required

What Sets You Apart

- Preference for at least one of the following fields of study: Computer Science, Computer and Information Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Data Science
- At least one of the following: Oracle Cloud certification in technical, integration, database, or related Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) domains
- Demonstrating proficiency in Oracle Application Development Framework (ADF)
- Utilizing Oracle Business Intelligence (BI) Publisher for data-driven insights
- Engaging in strategic technology planning and business transformation
- Embracing change and fostering process improvement and optimization
- Excelling in analytical thinking and intellectual curiosity
