Job Description:

• Leitung des Teams sowohl fachlich und operativ als auch personell

• Organisation und Überwachung der Produktionsabläufe (Montage, Prüfung, Logistik)

• Mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Montage elektrotechnischer Komponenten

• Erfahrung als Teamleiter/in und gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten

• Deutsch in Wort und Schrift, Englischkenntnisse von Vorteil

• SAP-Kenntnisse und Erfahrung mit digitalen Produktionssystemen (MES) sind ein Plus
