What will you be doing?
Lead and mentor a team of Automotive Technicians and Apprentices
Oversee daily workshop operations and ensure KPIs are met
Deliver outstanding customer service and uphold RAC's quality standards
Coordinate workflow and ensure compliance with safety procedures
Liaise with members, suppliers, and internal teams to support service excellence
What are we looking for?
Qualified Automotive Technician
Licensing: C-Class Driver's Licence and Motor Vehicle Repairer's Licence
Technical Skills: Comprehensive background in servicing, repairs, and diagnostics
Leadership Abilities: Proven capacity to motivate, coach and mentor a diverse team
Organisational Strength: Capable of prioritising tasks, managing workload and resolving challenges in a fast-paced environment
