About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven candidate to lead the planning, execution, and monitoring of business growth strategies across broker and corporate segments. This role: Team Lead, Broking 3 is responsible for driving production performance, strengthening relationships with brokers and business partners, identifying new growth opportunities, and leading a high-performing team to achieve business objectives.

The successful candidate will play a key role in developing strategic partnerships, executing impactful marketing initiatives, and ensuring sustainable business growth while fostering staff development and succession planning.

What You Will Be Doing

• Drive business growth by planning and executing sales, marketing, and business development strategies for broker and corporate segments.
• Lead and manage team performance through target setting, performance monitoring, and coaching.
• Build and strengthen relationships with brokers, business partners, and corporate clients to maximize business opportunities.
• Identify and develop strategic partnerships and new business opportunities to expand the portfolio.
• Monitor business results, analyze performance trends, and implement action plans to achieve production and growth targets.
• Collaborate with branches and internal stakeholders to improve renewal, retention, and new business conversion.
• Plan and evaluate marketing campaigns and engagement initiatives to support business growth.
• Develop and nurture talent through succession planning, staff development, and leadership initiatives.

• Proven experience in business development, sales management, broker management, or corporate relationship management, preferably within the insurance or financial services industry.
• Strong understanding of broker distribution channels and corporate business development strategies.
• Demonstrated ability to develop and execute strategic business and marketing plans.
