Εκπαιδευτικός Δημοτικού (ΠΕ70)

Τα Εκπαιδευτήρια «Ο Πλάτων» αναζητούν εκπαιδευτικό Δημοτικού (ΠΕ70) με ισχυρό παιδαγωγικό προφίλ, αγάπη για τη μάθηση και ουσιαστική δέσμευση στη δημιουργία ενός σύγχρονου, συμπεριληπτικού και μαθητοκεντρικού μαθησιακού περιβάλλοντος.

Ο/Η ιδανικός/-ή υποψήφιος/-α συνδυάζει δημιουργικότητα, ευελιξία και πρωτοβουλία με άριστες οργανωτικές και επικοινωνιακές δεξιότητες. Διακρίνεται για την ικανότητά του/της να σχεδιάζει και να υλοποιεί εμπνευσμένες μαθησιακές εμπειρίες, να καλλιεργεί θετικές σχέσεις με μαθητές, γονείς και συναδέλφους και να συμβάλλει ενεργά σε μια κουλτούρα συνεργασίας και συνεχούς βελτίωσης.

• εμπνέεται από τις αρχές της μαθητοκεντρικής εκπαίδευσης και της διαφοροποιημένης διδασκαλίας,
• αξιοποιεί σύγχρονες παιδαγωγικές προσεγγίσεις και εκπαιδευτικές τεχνολογίες,
• επιδεικνύει διάθεση για επαγγελματική ανάπτυξη, αναστοχασμό και συνεχή εξέλιξη των διδακτικών πρακτικών,
• ενθαρρύνει την κριτική σκέψη, τη δημιουργικότητα, τη συνεργασία και την αυτονομία των μαθητών,
