Aprio is seeking a Tax Associate to join our growing tax practice and support a diverse portfolio of compliance and consulting client engagements. In this role, you will prepare tax returns across multiple entity types, contribute to client tax planning discussions, and build meaningful professional relationships — including with our Mandarin- and Cantonese-speaking client community.
You will work alongside experienced tax professionals and receive mentorship that supports your technical development and CPA journey. Candidate Qualifications
0–2 years of public accounting experience; entry-level candidates encouraged to apply
Some exposure to the preparation of tax returns preferred
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field strongly preferred
Bilingual fluency in Mandarin (or Cantonese) and English required; must be able to communicate professionally with clients in writing, virtually, and in person
Strong accounting, analytical, organizational, and multi-tasking skillsExcellent written and verbal communication abilities
Willingness to travel on a limited basis
