Meet your future team
Join the Tax and Regulatory Intelligence team within the Knowledge Management department. Working alongside tax, legal, and regulatory specialists, you will help provide timely regulatory intelligence and technical insights that support teams across the firm in navigating an evolving regulatory environment. 
 

What your role will look like
As a trainee, you will contribute to monitoring and interpreting regulatory and tax developments that impact Luxembourg, European, and international markets. Your work will help ensure that technical teams have access to relevant, accurate, and actionable information to support their decision-making and client work.

• Monitor tax and regulatory developments across government publications, regulatory authorities, EU institutions, and industry sources to identify relevant updates.

• Analyse regulatory and legislative changes, highlighting key developments and their potential implications for technical teams.

• Contribute to newsletters, briefings, and internal communications that translate complex regulatory information into clear and practical insights.

• Maintain and enrich internal knowledge-sharing platforms to ensure technical information remains accessible and up to date.

• Collaborate with colleagues across technical and knowledge management functions to strengthen information-sharing practices.

• Support the continuous improvement of monitoring and reporting processes using tools such as Excel, PowerPoint, and Alteryx.

• Help organise, prepare, and structure regulatory intelligence to support efficient information management and reporting activities. 

Your growth and opportunities
Develop a strong understanding of tax and regulatory developments across multiple jurisdictions while building expertise in regulatory intelligence and knowledge management. You will gain exposure to a wide range of technical topics, analytical tools, and stakeholders, progressively taking greater ownership of monitoring activities and information-sharing initiatives. Through hands-on experience, you will strengthen your research, analytical, and communication skills in a highly technical environment.
 

The skills you bring

• You are currently pursuing a Master’s degree in Law, Taxation, Finance, Economics, or Business Administration and require a 6‑month or 1‑year internship as part of your studies.

• Fluency in English and French

• Excel: Working knowledge – comfortable using it for data preparation, analysis, and reporting activities.

• PowerPoint: Working knowledge – comfortable preparing and presenting structured information.
