We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist with full-cycle recruiting experience, from talent sourcing and attracting candidates all the way to interviewing, hiring and onboarding great workers & employees. You should also be able to attract candidates using various sources, like social media networks, employee referrals, etc. Ultimately, the responsibilities of the Talent Acquisition Specialist are to ensure our company attracts, hires and retains the best workers in the hospitality industry.

Responsibilities

• Prepare recruitment materials and post jobs to appropriate job boards, career networks, etc
• Source and recruit candidates by using databases, social media, etc
• Screen candidates resumes and job applications
• Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods to filter candidates within schedule
• Onboard new employees in order to become fully integrated
• Provide analytical and well documented recruiting reports to the rest of the team
• Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process
• Promote company's reputation as “best place to work”

Requirements

• Experience 5-10 years in a similar position
• Experience in Hospitality Industry
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Solid ability to conduct large number of interviews and handle various selection processes (phone interviewing, reference check, etc)
• Hands-on experience with recruiting software like Workable

• Exceptional organizational skills as you will handle hundreds of job applications
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office applications
• Excellent knowledge of English
• BS/MS in Human Resources Management
