We are seeking a high-energy, process-driven Talent Acquisition Coordinator to join our Talent Operations team in Bengaluru. In this critical role, you will partner closely with Recruiters, Hiring Managers, and Candidates to deliver a seamless hiring experience. The ideal candidate possesses an incredible sense of urgency, high organizational agility, a drive to streamline operations using AI and modern technologies, and the mindset to manage projects and relationships across all levels of the organization.

This role will need to work onsite at our WEX Bengaluru Office.

Key Responsibilities

• Recruitment Operations & Interview Scheduling: Partner directly with Recruiters to coordinate multi-stage interview schedules across complex calendars using Phenom/CRM and Google Suite.

• Document Collection & Verification: Collect, audit, and validate candidate educational, professional, and regulatory compliance documents prior to offer issuance.

• Background Check Operations: Initiate and monitor background verification (BGV) processes with vendor partners, proactively identifying and resolving issues to ensure timely hiring.

• Onboarding Support: Facilitate smooth pre-boarding through Day 1 orientation, working in -collaboration with HR, IT, and Facilities teams.

• Process Improvement & AI Integration: Continuously evaluate current TA workflows, driving process efficiency and championing the use of AI tools to automate routine tasks and enhance productivity.

• Stakeholder & Relationship Management: Build strong, trusted partnerships with cross-functional leaders, hiring teams, and recruiters through clear, executive-ready communication.

• Project Leadership: Actively lead and participate in TA operational projects, system updates, and workflow enhancement initiatives, with a strong understanding of Workday ATS.

Key Qualifications & Requirements

• Technical Expertise: Demonstrated proficiency using Workday ATS and Google Suite (Google Calendar, Docs, Sheets, Gmail, Interview scheduling tools). CRM experience a plus.

• Relevant Experience: 2–5 years of experience in Talent Acquisition Coordination, HR Operations, or Recruitment Support in a fast-paced corporate environment.

• Drive & Sense of Urgency: Highly self-motivated with an authentic enthusiasm for the TA space, proactive follow-through, and a results-oriented approach.

• Process & AI Mindset: Highly process-driven with a strong desire to innovate, leverage AI tools, and simplify complex coordination workflows.

• Communication & Leadership: Superior verbal and written communication skills; confident leading projects and interacting with executive stakeholders.

• Location: Based in Bengaluru, India, this on-site role focuses on supporting Talent Acquisition, coordinating in-person interviews, and representing the hiring team.
