Job Summary
• This role is responsible for ensuring hands-on technical management in Program during analysis, design, development, testing, and implementation. The role requires strong leadership, communication, and technical expertise to navigate challenges, coordinate cross-functional teams, and drive innovation. The role is responsible for defining the overall approach from technical standpoint, driving to meet product quality goal and ensuring the on-time delivery and escalation, as necessary.

Responsibilities
• Leads portions of the planning and execution of multiple complex technical projects or programs in support of the continuing evolution of the organization's hardware products.
• Partners with cross-functional development teams to help them prioritize, plan, track and execute complex, cross organizational programs.
• Performs program analysis, manages risk, identifies and influences necessary course corrections.
• Continuously assesses and improves the processes that comprise the hardware development lifecycle.
• Manages risks and resolves issues that affect release, scope, schedule, and quality of highly visible, complex programs.
• Provides technical leadership and guidance to ensure that solutions meet quality and performance standards.

• Manages product cost through the product development lifecycle and ensure meeting program goals.

• Communicates project status, progress, and challenges through regular reporting and presentations to leadership.
• Encourages innovation within project teams and facilitate the exploration of new technologies and solutions.
• Ensures that all stakeholders are aligned towards program goals by meeting and receiving feedback on an ongoing basis.

Education & Experience Recommended
• Four-year or Graduate Degree in Engineering, or any other related discipline or commensurate work experience or demonstrated competence.
• Typically has 7-10 years of work experience, preferably in program/project management, professional technology organization, or a related field.
