Systems Engineer
Mandatory Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related fields);
- Experience in Embedded Software development;
- Advanced English proficiency;
- Reside in Campinas or the surrounding region, with availability to work on-site.
Desired Qualifications
- Knowledge of Systems Engineering will be considered a plus and is not a mandatory requirement;
- Experience in Embedded Software Architecture is a plus;
- Knowledge of the V-Model / ASPICE and DFMEA methodology will be considered a plus and is not a mandatory requirement;
- Knowledge of programming languages: C, C++, Python, and MATLAB;
- Knowledge of Agile methodologies (SCRUM or Auto SCRUM).
Job Responsibilities
- Support the EPM (Engineering Project Management) team in new project initiatives, including initial discussions with customers, requirements gathering, project sizing, and the selection of technologies and system architecture, taking into consideration the interaction and integration between its components and modules;
- Work during the project development phase, ensuring integration between different components;
- Support the definition of software architecture and its system-level integration;
- Contribute to the definition of processes within the department, actively participating in discussions regarding methods and tools, as well as conducting critical analyses of completed projects.
