About the role:

As part of the Swedish-speaking customer support team, you will assist customers with a wide range of inquiries regarding online transactions, account questions, and payment troubleshooting. You'll be trained by certified instructors and supported every step of the way to ensure you can deliver exceptional service.

Requirements

What you'll do:

• Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, and video
• Assist with issues related to online payments, bank transfers, and purchases
• Provide a positive customer experience with empathy and professionalism
• Work with sensitive financial information securely and responsibly
• Share knowledge and support your colleagues in a collaborative team environment

What you'll bring:

• Fluency in Swedish and good command of English
• Great communication and interpersonal skills
• Previous experience in customer support is a plus
• A problem-solving mindset and strong attention to detail
• Basic tech savviness and the ability to multitask
• A team player with a positive and proactive attitude
