HOW YOU WILL ACHIEVE IT
- Develop and lead/co-lead complex projects, managing plans to achieve objectives and ensuring high-quality unit demand plans for assigned business units.
- Craft and execute mid-to long-term supply chain strategies and networks, addressing capacity issues and making production location decisions to support business growth.
- Manage tasks such as forecasting, planning key events, and new product launches, while enhancing the effectiveness of supply chain initiatives by monitoring key performance indicators.
- Incorporate network changes into the operating plan, facilitate multiple planning process improvements, and report high-level project status.
- Drive market transformation initiatives to enhance the maturity of supply chain planning and logistics delivery capabilities, and enhance stakeholder engagement.
- Escalate supply issues to relevant regional or global supply teams, provide guidance on modeling supply chain business scenarios, and identify opportunities for inventory reductions.
QUALIFICATIONS
Must-Have
- Applicant must have a bachelor's degree with at least 6+ years of experience; OR a master's degree with at least 5+ years of experience; OR a PhD with 1+ years of experience.
- Demonstrated ability to manage large-scale strategic projects.
- Deep understanding of the pharmaceutical industry, particularly in plant operations, planning, and scheduling.
- Solid grasp of supply chain concepts.
- Knowledge of industry-standard operating procedures and policies.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams.
- Experience with supply chain planning systems and tools.
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
