JOB DESCRIPTION

This role is ideally suited to someone with a background in procurement, accounts payable or property operations who enjoys working with systems and processes, and who wants to build a career in procurement and supplier governance. Travel is rare.

Key Responsibilities

• Supplier records: keep supplier details accurate and compliant across our property accounting systems.

• Compliance and credentialing: onboard suppliers, validate insurance (certificates of currency) and resolve bank account validation exceptions.

• Help Desk: respond to tickets and emails on time, and train and support property teams.

• Reporting and improvement: prepare reports, suggest process improvements and escalate complex issues to senior team members.

About You

You’re an organised, service-minded professional with a background in procurement, accounts payable or property operations, who takes pride in getting the detail right. You communicate clearly with property and cross-functional teams, stay on top of multiple requests, and are keen to learn supplier compliance processes and systems with the support of a collaborative team. Experience in residential real estate (for example, as a Community Manager) is preferred but not essential, and a tertiary qualification is advantageous but not required.

You’ll bring:

• Relevant experience in procurement, accounts payable, supplier management or property operations.

• Strong attention to detail, with clear communication and confidence managing a help desk queue within agreed service levels.

• Proficiency in spreadsheet, property management and database tools, with experience validating supplier insurance highly regarded.
