Job Summary:
Client Services Managers maintain ongoing communication with candidates, providing career guidance and assisting with the interview and onboarding process in a timely manner. They work closely with candidates, branches, and Protiviti, always with the utmost care, respect, and professionalism.
Key Responsibilities:
- Back up the Client Services Manager as the primary point of contact.
- Manage a team of 1+ people
- Provide guidance and training to other team members
- Conduct regular check-ins and performance reviews.
- Serve as the point of contact between cross-functional teams and candidates.
- Update local branch recruiters and national teams on recruiting needs.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and technical leads.
- Ensure a positive experience for Protiviti, recruiters, and candidates throughout the process by maintaining timely communication and feedback.
- Support the successful execution of IT deployment projects.
- Coordinate project activities, ensuring resources, tasks, and milestones are tracked and documented.
- Identify possible compliancy violations with end clients.
- Track and report on project deliverables, ensuring timely task completion.
- Screen candidates provided by local and national Recruiters on all client job orders and provide exceptional service for both parties.
- Resolve any customer service issues quickly and efficiently to maintain the highest level of satisfaction.
- Coordinate job order and candidate submittal process with Protiviti and the end clients.
- Redeploy good candidates, where possible, with any open jobs.
