Summary:

This role is within LexisNexis Risk Solutions, Consumer Advocacy Team. The position is responsible for overseeing end-to-end operational delivery and team engagement. It involves leading day-to-day operations, driving performance and service quality, and ensuring alignment with business objectives. The role requires strong people leadership, effective collaboration with peers, and proactive stakeholder management across functions and geographies.

Job Description:

• Overseas a team of Level I representatives and manages day-to-day operational activities.

• Leads CI and Automation initiatives, collaborating with business unit counterparts and internal stakeholders.
• Handles escalated customer and managerial calls, ensuring timely and effective resolution.
• Implements and enforces team-level and organizational policies and procedures.
• Participate in strategic planning initiatives to support and achieve team and organizational objectives.
• Prepares reports and presentation materials for senior leadership and executive-level meetings.
• All other tasks assigned

Key Qualifications:

• Must possess a bachelor’s degree in any field.

• Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to effectively collaborate across all levels of the organization.
• Proven success in managing change within operational environments.
• Strong organizational, prioritization, and delegation skills.
• Proven problem-solving and analytical capabilities.
• Detail-oriented with strong project management skills.
• Must have knowledge of current AI practices, tools, and industry trends relevant to data operations and workflow optimization.
• Open to flexible schedules
• Demonstrates a consultative and collaborative mindset.
• Ability to manage a remote, results-oriented team.
• Ability to quickly learn and apply enterprise AI tools and technologies to support technical workflows and business objectives.
