Role/Team overview   

We have an exciting change plan to improve products and propositions, systems and services and we need your help to make it happen. 

What you’ll do:

• Support the S&I team with the pulling and maintenance of reporting metrics across multiple data sources to maintain regular reporting requirements  

• Own the monthly pro-active listening dashboard, sharing mention volumes and key themes/topics with the wider C&E team on a monthly basis 

• Support the Insights Manager and Insights Lead with ad hoc requests and analysis 

• Support the Strategy Lead with maintaining the Channel Architecture & Channel Strategies, using data to empower decision making  

• Work with the Strategy Lead to keep a finger on the pulse of industry, platform and internal research updates that will inform or impact business recommendations  

• Inclusion in the crisis listening rota to respond and provide intelligence back to the business for time-sensitive matters 

What you'll bring

Essential Criteria:

• Data literate, with strong analytical skills and understanding of basic measurement methodologies   

• Proven experience managing and analysing large sets of data and metrics to inform decision making   

Desirable Criteria:

• Curious with a passion for deriving insights from data   

• Self-starter and driven with excellent communication skills  

• Ability to work cross functionally and independently as needed  

• Basic knowledge or previous experience of data and listening tools including (but not limited to) Sprinklr, WeArisma and Meltwater  

• Understanding of digital platforms, content formats, and audience behaviours across multiple touchpoints including internal and external platforms and social
