About Strategy& Deals
At PwC Strategy& Deals, our people advise clients on mergers and acquisitions, divestitures, restructuring, and other high-impact strategic decisions. They combine commercial insight with rigorous analysis to help clients navigate complexity, unlock value, and achieve better outcomes across the deal lifecycle. 

Those in Deals Strategy support clients on a range of deal-led and broader strategic engagements. This includes target identification, commercial due diligence, and value creation, as well as projects focused on market entry, growth strategy, and strategic review. The team helps clients evaluate markets, test investment theses, identify opportunities and risks, and develop actionable strategies to support decision-making. Working in this area, you will play an important role in helping clients shape strategic choices, execute transactions effectively, and create sustainable value.

Key Responsibilities  

As a Strategy& Deals Intern, you will work alongside one of the most established strategy teams among professional services firms in Singapore - tackling real business challenges for senior leaders across industries and geographies.

What We Are Looking For 

• Students from any field of study from local and overseas universities 

• Excellent academic (2nd upper and above) and co-curricular achievement record 

• Highly motivated to do deals strategy work 

• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities 

• Results-oriented and a self-starter who is resourceful, possess strong business acumen and the ability to think laterally and outside the box 

• Ability to work independently and effectively under pressure and be highly adaptable in a dynamic environment 

• Effective team member with strong interpersonal skills 

• Fluency in other languages will be an added advantage
