HOW WILL YOUR EVERYDAY BE? 💥

Collaborate with global High Tech clients (enterprise technology, hardware, software, semiconductors, and platforms) to design and execute business and transformation solutions across areas such as Marketing, Go-To-Market (GTM), Sales Operations, and business operations.

Analyze business performance, sales pipelines, operational flows, and management information to identify opportunities for improvement and support data-driven decision making.

Design, map, and improve business processes, translating business needs into structured solutions, actionable roadmaps, and execution plans.

Lead or support project management and PMO activities, coordinating workstreams, timelines, deliverables, risks, and multiple stakeholders across local and global teams.

Leverage data analytics, business intelligence, visualization, and AI capabilities to generate insights and enable more effective business outcomes.

Work alongside multidisciplinary teams and client stakeholders to support transformation initiatives, including workflow redesign, automation, and the adoption of Gen AI and emerging technologies.

📍 IF YOUR PROFILE MATCHES THESE REQUIREMENTS:

• Education: Completed Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Digital Business, Industrial Engineering, Systems, or a related field.
• Industry Experience: 4–8 years of professional work experience, including at least 2 years in High Tech or other CMT companies.
• Languages & Tools: Advanced English (spoken and written) is mandatory to interact effectively with global clients and teams, along with advanced Excel skills.
• Project Governance: Demonstrated knowledge and hands-on experience in Project Management / PMO.
• Financial Acumen: Solid understanding of basic financial statements (Income Statement, Balance Sheet, and Statement of Cash Flows), accounting concepts, and financial ratios.
• Analytics & BI: Advanced knowledge in Data Analytics, Reporting, and Business Intelligence, including advanced knowledge of data visualization tools (Power BI or Tableau; practical work experience is highly desirable).
• Data & AI: Knowledge of Data & AI concepts, including Gen AI and Agentic AI, is mandatory.

DESIRABLE:

• Postgraduate studies in Digital Business, Data Science, Digital Transformation, AI, or Gen AI, or an MBA.
• Experience in Management Consulting and tech-transformation programs.
• Functional experience in Marketing, Go-To-Market (GTM), or Sales Operations (e.g., Sales Pipeline Analysis, Operations, and ADM Staff Management).
• Experience in Process Design, Mapping, and continuous improvement.
• Experience working in or alongside multidisciplinary teams embedded in client environments to deliver end-to-end workflow transformation, including OpenAI Forward Deployed Engineering (FDE) environments.
• Familiarity with MLOps / LLMOps (model deployment, monitoring, and AI lifecycle management).
• Knowledge of Cloud Data Platforms such as Snowflake and Databricks.
• Understanding of international regulatory frameworks and compliance standards (IFRS, US GAAP, SOX, GDPR, PCI-DSS, NIST).
• Knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Jira, Jira Align).
• Experience in Change Management and Value Realization Office (VRO).
