MISSION :
- Build up strategic portfolio management culture and orchestrate the process
- Contribute to strategic programs in proactive roles
- Provide methodological support in Progress domains, such as project management, lean principles etc.

Key Responsibility & activities:

• Prepare and orchestrate monthly strategic portfolio review
• Challenge and help management to explain the initiatives and to formalize objectives and success indicators for strategic initiatives.

• Support and accelerate key transformation programs of the region
• Cultivate and strengthen region’s project management and lean culture
• Manage change effectively: the key change players are on board and committed to implementing progress initiatives

• Carry out the analyses required to understand the assigned area /domain, and the necessary diagnostic at study startup.

• Identify and use Michelin Way tools/methods to solve problems. Identify and implement appropriate solutions in order to achieve the established objectives.

• Support the implementation of management rituals in teams and develop team autonomy.

• Promote the commitment of management and teams throughout the strategic initiative and for the long term.
• Ensure change management associated with the implementation of strategic initiatives.
