Roles & Responsibilities

·       Support development of board and ExCo-level materials, including strategic frameworks, portfolio reviews, and offsite pre-reads

·       Build compelling, structured presentations (storyboarding) that translate complex analysis into clear narratives for senior leadership

·       Support preparation of CEO/CXO presentations for external stakeholders (investors, regulators, partners, industry forums), ensuring content is polished, accurate, and aligned with corporate messaging

·       Conduct market, competitor, and industry research to inform strategic recommendations

·       Assist in tracking and reporting on strategic initiatives against defined priorities (e.g., annual strategic frameworks)

·       Coordinate with cross-functional stakeholders (Finance, Commercial, Technology, Regulatory) to gather inputs and align messaging

·       Draft first-cut analysis, decks, and briefing notes under guidance of senior strategy team members, using AI-assisted tools to improve speed and quality

·       Identify opportunities to apply AI/automation to streamline recurring strategy workflows (data gathering, deck formatting, competitive tracking)

·       Manage timelines and follow-ups for strategy deliverables, ensuring accuracy and consistency across documents

·       Maintain confidentiality and judgment given exposure to sensitive, high-stakes corporate information

Requirements

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's degree (Business, Economics, or related field); MBA is a plus but not mandatory
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience, ideally in strategy, consulting, corporate planning, or a similar analytical role
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel; comfort working with data-driven narratives
• Working familiarity with AI tools (e.g., generative AI for research, drafting, or analysis) in a professional context
• Demonstrated ability to structure and simplify complex information into clear storylines

Desirable Skills

• Exposure to telecom, tech, or digital services industry
• Experience supporting senior stakeholder or board-level engagements
• Strong storyboarding and visual narrative skills for high-impact presentations
• Practical experience using AI/LLM tools to enhance research quality, speed up drafting, or automate repetitive analysis
• Curiosity and initiative to explore new AI applications for strategy work (e.g., scenario modeling, data visualization, trend synthesis)
• Analytical mindset with ability to synthesize data from multiple sources into actionable insights
• Basic understanding of financial/commercial concepts (P&L, KPIs, business cases)
• Ability to work under pressure and manage confidential, high-visibility deliverables despite being early in seniority
