• Strategische Beschaffung: Entwicklung und Umsetzung einer langfristigen Einkaufsstrategie für das Projektsystemgeschäft (PSB) und von Engineering (Planung), Procurement (Beschaffung) and Construction (Bau) (EPC) Leistung zur Sicherstellung der Wettbewerbsfähigkeit des Unternehmens

• Projekteinkauf: Verantwortung für die einkaufsseitige Betreuung von Entwicklungs- und Kundenprojekten – von der Anfragephase bis zum Serienanlauf

• Schnittstellenmanagement: Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Entwicklung, Vertrieb, Qualitätsmanagement und Produktion zur Sicherstellung einer termin- und kostengerechten Projektumsetzung

• Vertragsmanagement: Verhandlung und Abschluss von Rahmenvereinbarungen mit Lieferanten, Sicherstellung der Einhaltung vertraglicher Vereinbarungen sowie kontinuierliche Optimierung der Vertragsbedingungen

• Marktanalyse: Kontinuierliche Beobachtung des Marktes im Bereich Sustainable Solutions, Identifizierung von Trends und Entwicklungen sowie Bewertung neuer Technologien und Lieferanten

• Kostenmanagement: Durchführung von Kostenanalysen, Identifizierung von Einsparpotenzialen sowie Umsetzung von Maßnahmen zur Kostenoptimierung innerhalb der Projekte

• Lieferantenmanagement: Aufbau und Pflege langfristiger Lieferantenbeziehungen sowie Durchführung von Lieferantenbewertungen und Lieferantenentwicklungsmaßnahmen

Qualifikation und Fähigkeiten - Was wir benötigen:

• Abgeschlossenes Bachelorstudium der Betriebswirtschaftslehre, des Wirtschaftsingenieurwesens oder einer vergleichbaren Fachrichtung

• Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im strategischen Einkauf oder Projekteinkauf, idealerweise im Umfeld von Projektsystemanwendungen

• Ausgeprägtes Verhandlungsgeschick, Durchsetzungsvermögen sowie ein hohes Kostenbewusstsein

• Analytische Fähigkeiten und die Kompetenz, komplexe Sachverhalte zu erfassen und fundierte Entscheidungen zu treffen

• Mehrjährige Erfahrung, idealerweise im Batteriespeichergeschäft (BESS), Rail-, Marine- oder Government-Business, von Vorteil

• Selbstständige, strukturierte und eigenverantwortliche Arbeitsweise sowie ausgeprägte Teamfähigkeit

• Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift

• Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office und SAP

• Bereitschaft zu nationalen und internationalen Dienstreisen

Tasks & Responsibilities – What you can expect from us:

• Strategic Sourcing: Development and implementation of a long-term procurement strategy for the Project Systems Business (PSB) as well as Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC) services to ensure the company's competitiveness.

• Project Procurement: Responsibility for procurement support of development and customer projects, from the tender/request phase through to series production start-up.

• Stakeholder Management: Close collaboration with Engineering, Sales, Quality Management, and Production to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.

• Contract Management: Negotiation and execution of framework agreements with suppliers, ensuring compliance with contractual obligations and continuously optimizing contract terms and conditions.

• Market Analysis: Ongoing monitoring of the Sustainable Solutions market, identification of trends and developments, and evaluation of new technologies and suppliers.

• Cost Management: Conducting cost analyses, identifying cost-saving opportunities, and implementing measures to optimize project costs.

• Supplier Management: Establishing and maintaining long-term supplier relationships, as well as conducting supplier evaluations and driving supplier development initiatives.

Qualifications and Skills – What we need:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a comparable field of study.

• Several years of professional experience in Strategic Sourcing or Project Procurement, ideally within a project systems business environment.

• Strong negotiation skills, assertiveness, and a high level of cost awareness.

• Strong analytical capabilities with the ability to understand complex issues and make well-founded decisions.

• Several years of experience, ideally in the Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS) business, or within the Rail, Marine, or Government sectors, would be an advantage.

• Independent, structured, and self-reliant working style combined with strong teamwork and collaboration skills.

• Business-fluent German and English language skills, both written and spoken.

• Proficiency in MS Office and SAP.

• Willingness to undertake national and international business travel.
