Role Summary

We are seeking a Senior Manager to serve as the strategic bridge between Profit business stakeholders, enterprise data teams, and AI product teams. This individual will act as the Enterprise Data Partner for Profit, translating complex business concepts, profitability metrics, processes, and KPIs into scalable enterprise data models that enable analytics, reporting, automation, and AI-driven solutions.

The role requires deep expertise in profitability, business performance, enterprise data modelling, and data governance, combined with the ability to work across technology and business teams. The successful candidate will help establish trusted enterprise data foundations that can be consumed by reporting tools, digital products, and AI agents.

Key Responsibilities

Enterprise Data Strategy & Modelling

• Partner with business leaders to define and evolve enterprise data models supporting profitability and business performance management.
• Translate business processes, metrics, rules, and calculations into reusable enterprise data assets.
• Define business data requirements, semantic layers, taxonomies, and data relationships across multiple systems.
• Ensure data consistency, quality, governance, and alignment with enterprise architecture standards.
• Serve as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and enterprise data engineering teams.

 

Profit Domain Expertise

• Act as the Profit Subject Matter Expert, providing deep understanding of profitability drivers, operational metrics, and business performance indicators.
• Define and standardize key profit-related metrics, business rules, and reporting definitions.
• Partner with Finance, Operations, and Leadership teams to ensure enterprise-wide consistency in profitability measurement.
• Drive initiatives that improve decision-making through trusted data and actionable insights.

 

AI & Agent Enablement

• Design enterprise data foundations that can be consumed by AI agents and intelligent automation solutions.
• Work with product and AI teams to identify opportunities where structured enterprise data can improve AI agent accuracy, reasoning, and decision support.
• Define business context, metadata, and knowledge frameworks that enable agentic AI use cases.
• Support development of AI-powered solutions focused on profit insights, performance management, and operational effectiveness.

 

Product & Program Leadership

• Lead strategic initiatives focused on enterprise data modernization.
• Partner with technology teams to prioritize and deliver data products and business capabilities.
• Manage stakeholder alignment, governance, roadmaps, risks, and value realization.
• Drive adoption of enterprise data assets across business functions.

Experience Requirements

• 15–18+ years of experience in Enterprise Data, Business Performance Management, Profitability Analysis, or Data Strategy.
• Strong understanding of enterprise data models, data governance, business metrics, and analytical frameworks.
• Deep knowledge of profitability drivers, financial performance management, and operational business metrics.
