YOUR MISSION

Funciones

• Responsable directo de la consecución de objetivos de la Tienda (ventas y KPI).
• Garantizar el servicio al cliente dentro de la tienda de acuerdo con los valores de la marca y los estándares de servicio de PUMA.
• Responsable de la selección, gestión y formación del equipo
• Evaluaciones de Desempeño.
• Briefings con el equipo.
• Análisis de clientes, tendencias de compra e información competitiva para impulsar el negocio y dar feedback al Area Manager.
• Gestionar Loss Prevention
• Responsable directo del cumplimiento del Loss Prevention dentro de la tienda.
• Gestionar inventario.
• Participar en nuevas aperturas y asistir a todos los trainings requeridos; puede ser necesario viajar
• Mantenimiento del Visual según los estándares de Puma
• Ejecutar todos los requisitos necesarios para mantener un entorno de trabajo seguro y conforme para el staff de tienda
• Responsable del cumplimiento de las Políticas y Procedimientos.

YOUR TALENT

Requisitos

• 2-4 años de experiencia en management (retail) gestionando equipos y producto.
• Gran habilidad de comunicación y motivación.
• Gran habilidad organizativa y de gestión de tiempo.
• Liderazgo
• MS-Office, Outlook, Internet
• Imprescindible Inglés
