About the Department
Job Information
Responsibilities:
- Receive and process inbound stock.
- Replenish bins with books.
- Dusting/Cleaning product and warehouse.
- Sweeping/mopping warehouse.
- Move stock and packing materials.
- Pack/repack loose stock to cartons.
- Other warehouse functions as instructed.
Competencies:
- Strong judgement needed.
- Excellent verbal and written skills required.
- Ability to perform multiple concurrent tasks.
- Ability to work with limited supervision.
Additional Responsibilities
Education, Experience, and Certifications:
Education:
- High School diploma or equivalent required.
Experience:
- Warehouse order fulfillment experience preferred.
Technical Knowledge or Skills:
- Familiarity with CRT terminal preferred.
- Ability to read and calculate simple mathematical problems required.
- Warehouse order fulfillment experience preferred.
Working Conditions:
- Warehouse environment.
- Exposure to moving machinery.
- High dust, dirt environment.
- High noise environment.
