Für unseren neuen Store in Henstedt-Ulzburg suchen wir ab sofort einen stellvertretenden Filialleiter / Deputy Manager / stellvertretenden Store Manager (m/w/d) in Vollzeit.

Deine Aufgaben:

Sicherstellung des reibungslosen Ablaufs im operativen Tagesgeschäft
Umgang mit betriebswirtschaftlichen Kennzahlen
Einarbeitung, Führung, Motivation und Entwicklung des Teams
Durchführung von Mitarbeiterschulungen
Personaleinsatzplanung
Vertretung der Filialleitung

Dein Profil:

Berufserfahrung im Einzelhandel, der Gastronomie, im Hotel oder ähnlichen Bereichen mit Kundenkontakt oder Kundenservice
Kaufmännisches Denken und Handeln
Führungserfahrung, idealerweise von größeren Teams
Hands-On Mentalität
Hohe Lern- und Leistungsbereitschaft, Flexibilität und Belastbarkeit
Stellvertretender Marktleiter, Abteilungsleiter, Department Manager, Substitut
