About the role 

Support the Finance team in the tasks performed by the different services of the Department: Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, Central Cashier, Goods Receipt, Savings and Purchasing in general. 

 

What you will do 

• Support management in maintaining effective internal controls to safeguard hotel assets and resources. 

• Foster professional and collaborative relationships with all departments and Corporate Office teams. 

• Adhere to Four Seasons policies, procedures, and professional conduct standards at all times. 

• Demonstrate flexibility, teamwork, confidentiality, strong analytical skills, and a highly organized approach to work. 

• Handle and direct incoming inquiries and assist with employee-related investigations when required. 

• Maintain working knowledge of Four Seasons accounting and finance standards, including USALI reporting requirements. 

• Prepare monthly closing journal entries, account reconciliations, and balance sheet/P&L analyses for audits. 

• Support the Finance team in budgeting, forecasting, and compliance with record retention and control procedures. 

• Participate in inventory counts, verify stock accuracy, and investigate discrepancies in collaboration with Purchasing. 

• Monitor and analyze Food & Beverage costs, sales performance, profitability, and operational expenses to identify savings opportunities. 

• Ensure accurate recording and control of complimentary meals, entertainment expenses, recipes, and F&B inventory processes. 

• Manage Accounts Payable activities, including invoice processing, supplier relations, purchase order follow-up, payment runs, dispute resolution, and vendor account reconciliations.

What we are looking for 

You must possess the legal right to work in France at the time of application and have fluency in French. English as second language would be appreciated.
