Role
We are looking for a Staff Engineer to join our team. This is a Hybrid role in Bangalore, reporting to the Senior Manager, Software Development Engineering in the Engineering department. This unique and challenging position bridges software design engineering and test engineering to design, develop, and deploy wide-reaching tools and frameworks that automatically verify product quality at scale.

- Serve as a solutions test engineer for Identity services
- Design and develop wide-reaching automation tools and testing infrastructure
- Write clean, maintainable code to automatically verify product quality and performance

What We’re Looking for (Minimum Qualifications)
- Foundational understanding of AI/ML technologies and experience leveraging, securing, or positioning AI-driven solutions to optimize outcomes within your functional domain
- 5+ years of experience working on systems or distributed systems with a focus on solutions testing and cloud infrastructure
- Hands-on experience in Python or Golang along with experience building automation frameworks
- Knowledge of public cloud computing platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure
- Knowledge of virtual environments including Docker, containers, Kubernetes, and OVA
What Will Make You Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
- Experience leveraging AI/ML tools or intelligent automation to enhance automated test generation, fault domain isolation, and software quality verification
- Deep understanding of Java and security technologies within the Identity (IAM) domain
- Demonstrated expertise in software development and development automation
