Sobre esta vaga de Staff Engineer - Supply & Demand Technology na LEGO
Job Description
Just imagine connecting the teams that plan, build, and move millions of LEGO® products through a growing global supply chain. Then make it real.
About the role
As our Staff Engineer, you'll help shape the future of Supply & Demand Technology within Manufacturing & Supply Chain Technology at the LEGO Group. You'll act as a technical leader across multiple product teams, bringing people together around shared goals, technical direction, and portfolio priorities. This isn't a hands-on coding role. Instead, you'll use your technical depth, supply chain expertise, and ability to navigate complexity to help teams make better decisions, align on priorities, and deliver scalable solutions.
Required Qualifications
- Led technical initiatives across multiple product teams within a complex supply chain environment.
- Delivered large-scale technology transformations involving global stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
- Built deep expertise in supply chain technology, planning processes, or supply chain platforms.
- Managed technical alignment and decision-making across diverse stakeholder groups and organisational boundaries.
- Guided engineering teams, lead engineers and technical communities without direct line authority.
- Contributed to enterprise technology programmes where portfolio planning, dependencies, and execution were critical to success.
Preferred Qualifications
- Delivered ERP transformation programmes within a global supply chain organisation.
- Worked with SAP platforms, including SAP S/4HANA environments.
- Used Kinaxis or similar supply chain planning solutions.
- Supported AI-enabled technology initiatives at scale.
What you'll build
- Strong collaboration and alignment across teams working within the Supply & Demand Technology portfolio.
- Trusted relationships across a complex stakeholder landscape spanning central and regional functions.
- Consistent technical approaches that help teams work together more effectively.
- Greater visibility of dependencies, risks, and opportunities across the portfolio.
- Technical guidance that supports engineering teams while aligning with broader business priorities.
- Scalable foundations for upcoming initiatives across planning, transportation management, ERP transformation, and AI adoption.
If you've worked in a role where you helped organisations navigate a major ERP transformation within a global supply chain setting, you'll feel at home here. What matters most is your ability to connect people, create alignment, and turn technical insight into business impact.
Life on the team
You'll join Supply & Demand Technology, part of Manufacturing & Supply Chain Technology. Success here comes from building networks, earning trust, showing patience, and collaborating across many perspectives. You'll work with people who value learning, knowledge sharing, and helping others succeed.
What success looks like
You'll become a recognised technical leader across a highly connected portfolio. Over the next 12–18 months, you'll help teams navigate significant change, including ERP transformation, new transportation management capabilities, and the introduction of AI at scale. You'll work closely with Principal Engineers, Lead Engineers, Engineers, and stakeholders across the organisation to create clarity, alignment, and forward momentum in a complex environment.
