Job Summary
The Senior Resiliency Analyst serves as a subject matter expert in Risk Management, Business Continuity, Disaster Recovery, and Crisis Management. This role supports the development, maintenance, testing, and continuous improvement of BCM program components in alignment with SHI’s ISO-driven policies, standards, and recovery objectives.The Senior Resiliency Analyst partners with IT, business leaders, and cross-functional stakeholders to identify risks, maintain resiliency plans, coordinate exercises, and support response efforts during real-time events.
Through planning, risk assessment, reporting, stakeholder coordination, and continuous improvement, this role helps strengthen SHI’s operational resilience and protect its operations, customers, brand, and reputation.
Reporting to the Risk and Resiliency Manager, the Senior Resiliency Analyst supports program governance, maturity, process efficiency, and compliance for SHI’s risk and resiliency capabilities.
Role Description
Support the development, communication, training, and continuous improvement of SHI’s Business Continuity Management program, applying 5+ years of experience in business continuity, disaster recovery, crisis management, risk, or related resiliency disciplines.
Ensure BCM activities, documentation, and deliverables align with applicable policies, standards, regulations, recovery objectives, and recognized industry practices.
Serve as a BCM subject matter expert and liaison to business, IT, Risk, and cross-functional stakeholders, providing guidance on continuity planning, recovery strategies, risk mitigation, and control effectiveness.
Partner with business and technology teams to develop, maintain, test, and improve Business Continuity, Disaster Recovery, and Crisis Management plans, including BIAs, Application Impact Assessments, Risk Assessments, runbooks, and supporting resiliency documentation.
Coordinate BC, DR, and CM exercises, including planning, stakeholder engagement, approval coordination, execution support, results documentation, issue tracking, and corrective action follow-up.
Support crisis management planning and incident response by serving as a Point of Contact or Incident Coordinator, providing response coordination, communications, status reporting, metrics, and post-incident follow-up.
Develop and present BCM reports, metrics, dashboards, data visualizations, and status updates to inform leadership, support decision-making, and demonstrate program performance.
Maintain BCM tools, templates, process flows, document libraries, website content, training materials, and system data quality to support consistent execution and user adoption.
Assess resiliency considerations for applications, technologies, contracts, outsourced services, vendors, and third-party systems to identify dependencies, recovery gaps, control weaknesses, and improvement opportunities.
Assist with audits, assessments, governance reviews, tool administration, readiness initiatives, and timely delivery of accurate, high-quality BCM work products.

Other Requirements
Completed bachelor’s degree or relevant work experience required
5+ years of experience with Business Continuity (BC), Disaster Recovery (DR), and Crisis Management (CM) planning and execution within a formal BCM program at a medium to large enterprise
Strong knowledge of risk management and business continuity standards and best practices, including governance frameworks such as ISO 31000, ISO/EIC 27001, ISO 22301, NIST, and ITIL.
Proven experience in developing disaster recovery plans (DPRs), creating run-books, an coordinating comprehensive end-to-end DR exercises
Solid understanding of network infrastructure, server environments, and application ecosystems commonly found in modern data centers
Practical experience with Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) platforms, BC/DR planning tools, and emergency notification systems. Familiarity with ServiceNow and OnSolve is a plus
Willingness to travel up to 25% of the time to engage with internal business units and conduct vendor assessments
Flexibility to work extended hours, including evenings and weekends, and to respond on short notice during incident management or special project execution.
The estimated annual pay range for this position is $80,000 - $130,000 which includes a base salary. The compensation for this position is dependent on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and market location and, therefore, will vary from individual to individual. Benefits may include, but are not limited to, medical, vision, dental, 401K, and flexible spending.
