About the Role:

We're hiring a Product Lead for two of our largest categories - established businesses that serve millions of customers and represent a significant share of company revenue. You will lead a dedicated cross-functional team, owning top-line business growth and a strategic roadmap to achieve results. You’ll own the end to end customer journey: how customers find us, the acquisition funnel,, and their experience on treatment.

The core of the job is disciplined, high-velocity experimentation. We’re looking for someone who is systematic about finding those opportunities, rigorous about testing them, and uses learnings to inform the roadmap.

This role also sits inside a broader shift in how our product development organization works. We’ve rebuilt our operating model around AI, and are especially reinventing how AI can drive growth experimentation. This role sits at the center of that.

You Will:

• Own growth targets, including new customer acquisition and retention

• Set the product strategy and roadmap for the team, sequencing work according to expected impact and making tradeoffs

• Build and run a continuous experimentation program with cross-functional partners: maintain a prioritized hypothesis backlog, keep multiple tests in flight, define success metrics and guardrails before launch, and hold a high bar on how results are interpreted

• Improve the end-to-end customer experience across acquisition surfaces, onboarding, checkout and pricing presentation, refills, and long-term subscription retention

• Communicate the state of the business to leadership and cross-functional partners on a regular cadence through clear written updates on metrics, experiments, and learnings

You Have:

• 5+ years of product management experience, including several years in a growth, funnel, or monetization role where you owned business metrics

• Deep fluency in experimentation and data

• An established practice of working with AI agents in your day-to-day product work, and a clear point of view on what that changes about how teams operate and what products should be

• Strong communication and a low-ego, high-EQ style. You build alignment, partner well across functions, and bring people with you.Comfort operating with a high degree of autonomy in a fast-moving environment
