About the Role

You will develop and execute a global marketing enablement strategy that connects portfolio messaging, customer insights, campaigns and product innovation with commercial priorities. Working across Marketing, Sales, Customer Success and Commercial Operations, you will create scalable content and engagement frameworks that help teams communicate customer value and support pipeline, retention and growth.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a global marketing enablement strategy aligned to business priorities, growth objectives, and commercial needs.
• Create scalable frameworks that connect portfolio messaging, campaigns, thought leadership, customer insights, and product innovation to revenue-generating activities.
• Translate portfolio strategies, product marketing positioning, industry expertise, and customer insights into practical assets that sellers can use in market.
• Develop sales presentations, solution narratives, industry playbooks, executive briefing materials, customer stories, objection-handling guides, and conversation frameworks.
• Partner with sales leadership to improve how content, messaging, and insights are used throughout the customer journey.
• Support strategic customer opportunities by providing tailored messaging, executive presentations, and customer-facing content.
• Leverage market research, buyer insights, campaign performance, competitive intelligence, and customer feedback to continuously improve enablement strategies.
• Partner closely with Product Marketing, Portfolio Marketing, Regional Marketing, Sales Leadership, Customer Success, and Commercial Operations.

Requirements

• Experience in B2B marketing, sales enablement, content strategy, product marketing, or commercial enablement.
• Experience developing sales-facing content, messaging frameworks, and buyer engagement programs.
• Strong understanding of complex B2B buying journeys and enterprise sales motions.
• Ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders and align prioritise across sales and marketing organisations.
• Excellent communication, presentation, storytelling and content development skills with experience measuring enablement effectiveness through adoption, engagement and commercial outcomes.
