We are looking for a highly capable Senior Engineer - PLM Systems & Engineering Applications to lead and support strategic Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) initiatives, engineering applications, and digital transformation projects across a global organization. This senior individual contributor role is focused on PTC Windchill PDMLink administration and support, PLM implementation, process optimization, analytics, and automation within a cross-functional engineering environment.
In this role, you will drive the successful implementation, rollout, enhancement, and adoption of PLM solutions while ensuring engineering data integrity, lifecycle governance, and workflow consistency. You will collaborate closely with engineering, operations, quality, and IT teams to align systems, streamline business processes, and deliver scalable solutions that support operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and support enterprise PLM implementation and rollout initiatives across global teams.
- Partner with stakeholders to gather requirements, define solutions, coordinate execution, and support change adoption.
- Plan and execute system testing, validation, go-live readiness, and post-deployment support.
- Provide advanced support for PTC Windchill PDMLink and PTC Creo Parametric users and related Engineering Application.
- Ensure data accuracy, lifecycle governance, and workflow consistency within Windchill.
- Analyze business processes and develop insights that improve visibility, decision-making, and process performance.
- Develop and deploy automation solutions using Python and AutoIT to improve efficiency, reduce cycle time, and lower manual effort.
- Identify and implement opportunities in continuous improvement, digital workflow optimization, and productivity enhancement.
- Coordinate and maintain process documentation, user guides, training materials, and knowledge-sharing repositories.
- Partner across engineering, operations, quality, and IT teams to align systems, tools, and processes across regions.
- Support user enablement through training sessions, structured documentation, and practical guidance on system usage and best practices.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering.
- 2-4 years of Relevant professional experience in PLM systems, engineering applications, analytics, automation, or enterprise systems support.
- Strong working knowledge of PTC Windchill and engineering data/lifecycle processes.
- Experience supporting or leading PLM implementation, rollout, testing, adoption, or enhancement initiatives.
- Experience designing and developing Power BI dashboards for business or operational reporting.
- Experience with Python, SQL, or similar tools for automation, data extraction, or process improvement.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively across cross-functional teams.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to translate technical topics for business users.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience integrating or consuming data from Windchill REST APIs.
- Hands-on experience with AutoIT, Excel VBA, Power Platform, or similar automation technologies.
- Familiarity with CAD Automation and engineering design tools such as SolidWorks, AutoCAD Mechanical, or Revit.
- Exposure to SmartAssembly, or related automation tools.
- Experience with enterprise platforms such as ERP LX or related operational systems.
- Knowledge of programming technologies such as Java or VB.NET.
- Experience creating structured documentation, user training content, and knowledge repositories.
- Experience working with global or multi-regional teams.
