The Sr. Manager, Digital Marketing Campaigns, Global Digital Health, supports MARLO and in the future ADI and myAlcon.com customer lifecycle management. The role includes content creation, customer journey mapping and creation of push activities in Alcon's CRM systems, delivering improvements to customer experience, retention and ROI through increase car value / range penetration.

This role is on-site in our Fort Worth, Texas location and a typical day would include:

• Oversee multiple Global digital marketing projects to drive customer demand and traffic, ensuring alignment with strategic and commercial goals.
• Optimize website content for search, AI Search/LLMs and conversion metrics
• Manage email, text, in app messages and social media customer journeys.
• Develop and publish web content such as blogs, videos, and product information FAQs etc.
• Convert website visitors through on-site experience and usability improvements
• Create Customer Relationship Management programs and deploy targeted patient & professional education materials.
• Lead digital marketing activity, demonstrating strong project management and influencing / stakeholder management abilities.
• Drive & optimize digital activities to support Alcon Digital Product & Global/Regional Franchise KPIs.
• Collaborate cross-functionally across Digital Health and Global and Regional Franchise teams to ensure cohesive marketing strategies that align with their OKRs.
• Understand local market nuances and apply to Global thinking and approaches
• Make key decisions affecting project outcomes.
• Apply advanced knowledge of digital marketing strategies and tools, using proficiency in digital marketing platforms, data management, privacy & consent and analytics.
• Apply learned experienced to CRM systems such as Marketing Cloud or Braze to optimize efficiencies and outcomes.
• Proven skills in plotting and developing customer journeys that deliver commercial results and experience impacts.
• Expert in understanding trigger data used to drive campaign activities.
• Expert in using data to understand and refine campaign performance, performance tracking, A/B testing, personalization.
• Proven skills in cross functional collaboration and influencing.

What You’ll Bring to Alcon:

• Bachelor’s Degree or Equivalent years of directly related experience (or high school+15 yrs; Assoc.+11 yrs; M.S.+4 yrs; PhD+3 yrs)
• The ability to fluently read, write, understand and communicate in English
• 7 Years of Relevant Experience
