3-5 years in a finance operating role at a high-growth technology company

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or other relevant fields

Background in infrastructure, data centers, compute, cloud, semiconductors, or a related industry strongly preferred

Exceptional analytical, financial modeling, and written and verbal communication skills

Proven ability to learn quickly and succeed in unfamiliar operating environments

Comfort independently structuring ambiguous problems and working through incomplete information

Track record of producing high-quality work under ambitious deadlines

Effectiveness in multidisciplinary, cross-functional environments

Familiarity with data systems, analytical tools, and large datasets preferred but not required

Proactively identifies cost-saving or efficiency opportunities within complex compute, storage, and AI infrastructure datasets.

Translates technical infrastructure metrics into clear, actionable financial models that influence leadership decision-making.

Builds strong, trusting partnerships across finance and engineering teams, effectively communicating financial constraints and opportunities.

Consistently delivers high-quality, 'audit-ready' analyses and Board-level presentations under tight deadlines.

Conduct a deep dive into existing compute and AI infrastructure cost drivers, data sources, and current forecasting methodologies.

Establish baseline relationships with key business partners across engineering and compute operations to understand current pain points and reporting needs.

Take full ownership of the monthly reporting cycle for compute costs, proactively identifying variances and streamlining data collection.

Execute a focused analysis of a specific AI/storage cost stream to identify potential efficiency or optimization opportunities.

Propose and initiate a strategic optimization project based on findings from initial analysis, presenting a data-backed recommendation to stakeholders.

Begin leading ad-hoc investment analyses for strategic initiatives, demonstrating the ability to structure ambiguous problems and communicate results to leadership.

You will work with the other Financial Analysts and be supervised by the FP&A Manager. You will also be mentored by the Head of FP&A and meet with them on a regular basis to discuss your performance. This team is data driven and results oriented. You will collaborate regularly with members of your team to implement actionable solutions. Ideas and input are encouraged from all members.
