JOB DESCRIPTION:

1. 负责相关自动化项目的供应商开发和技术评定，提供符合各项技术要求的供应商供公司进行评估选择。

2. 改进并优化生产工艺，确保生产工艺稳定并不断提高生产效率和产品生产质量。参与新产品的工艺衔接，完善新工艺，确保新产品顺利转移和后续生产稳定

3. 自动化项目立项前，对项目进行调研，收集资料，与项目人员一起完成风险分析，可行性分析报告等，电气自动控制及机械设计方案确定，项目进行中设计图纸、软件程序的管理，视觉设计方案确定，项目进行中设计图纸、视觉软件程序的管理。

4. 推动和实施相关自动化项目，负责自动化设备FAT和SAT，文档管理以及设备调试进度管理，确保设备按时交付验证。

5. 参与新产品的工艺衔接和设备转移，完善新工艺，确保新产品顺利转移和稳定生产。

6. 协助相关部门共同完成URS、SOP、设备搬迁、设备验证、工艺变更、FMEA、工艺变更等，保证设备可以稳定的用于生产，达到项目的预期目标。

7. 能够运用智能制造经验和技术带动团队搭建智能制造平台驱动业务发展。

8. 协助QA及时处理生产异常，确保生产订单交付。协助质量部应对各类外部审计。

9. 完成上级临时交办的任务
