Job Overview

The Global Alliance Management role is responsible for leading and strengthening strategic partnerships with key accounts, ensuring long-term value creation, operational excellence, and sustainable business growth. This role combines strategic leadership, cross-functional coordination, and governance oversight to drive high-impact collaborations across global and regional stakeholders.

As a senior strategic operations leader, the role focuses on establishing and optimizing partnership frameworks, driving alignment between internal teams and client organizations, and enabling effective execution of complex, multi-functional programs across clinical, lab, technology, and commercial domains.

Key responsibilities include:

• Leading end-to-end alliance management for strategic accounts, including account strategy, planning and partnership development.
• Designing and implementing governance structures to support executive engagement, decision-making, and performance monitoring.
• Building and maintaining senior stakeholder relationships, including C-suite interactions, to enhance trust and partnership.
• Driving cross-functional collaboration across global teams (e.g., clinical, lab, technology, finance, legal) to ensure seamless delivery and alignment.
• Overseeing project execution, managing escalations, and ensuring high standards of delivery quality and customer satisfaction.
• Supporting business development through opportunity identification, solution shaping, bidding strategy and expansion of existing partnerships into broader service areas.
• Monitoring partnership health, performance metrics, and governance KPIs to enable proactive decision-making and continuous improvement.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• 15 years+ experience in the pharmaceutical, CRO, or related industry and experience to include project management, portfolio management, clinical operations, therapeutic strategy lead, business development, and /or alternative operational functional (e.g. product strategy development, medical, data science and etc)
• Proven leadership capability with the ability to lead and influence cross-functional, matrixed teams in a complex global environment.
• Exceptional stakeholder and alliance management skills, with a demonstrated ability to build trusted partnerships across clients, senior leaderships, and internal organizations.
• Strong cross-cultural communication and influencing skills, with the ability to align diverse stakeholders across multiple countries, regions, and functions.
• •Strong financial and commercial acumen, including a solid understanding of pricing strategies, margin management, profitability drivers, and business performance metrics.
• Highly proficient in both written and spoken English.
