Job Title: Sr. Costing Analyst - UGG Footwear

Reports to: Sr. Manager, Costing - UGG Footwear  PS adds

Location: Goleta, CA (Hybrid)

Typically 3 times per week in office, Tuesday – Thursday

The Role

As the Sr. Costing Analyst for UGG Footwear, you’ll support the assigned category’s costing activities by assisting in the review, analysis, and reporting of product costs throughout the seasonal development cycle. You’ll work closely with Product Development and Creation teams to ensure accurate cost breakdowns, validate pricing data, and help cross-functional teams achieve target margins. Your expertise will contribute to financial planning and key development milestones.

Your Impact

• Collaborate with Product Creation, Merchandising, Planning, and Asia Costing teams to meet seasonal costing deliverables
• Review Cost Breakdown Sheets and partner with stakeholders to resolve product costing challenges and improve product margins
• Provide retail price, FOB price, and landed cost analysis to regional product teams for merchandising seasonal lines
• Assist Product Development in pre-costing seasonal lines to ensure early product build costs are within target range
• Manage and validate costing data in FlexPLM system to support the brand
• Build Seasonal LOP lists to support Development in factory allocation decisions
• Work with product teams to review, confirm, and track brand tooling amortization exposure
• Develop and lead ad hoc research projects and reporting as needed

Who You Are

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in financial or business analysis, or equivalent work experience
• 4+ years of product costing experience in footwear and/or apparel/accessories
• Experience with financial business reporting and pricing models
• Strong Excel and Microsoft Office skills
• Experience with FlexPLM or similar systems
• General knowledge of product construction and manufacturing
• Collaborative team player with strong problem-solving abilities
