The Opportunity
Drive transparency, predictability, and insights to the organization through actionable GTM reporting and business intelligence at scale across all levels of the organization.
What You'll Achieve:
- Support our GTM strategy through a portfolio of dashboards and reports that surface actionable insights
- Build out a standardized and effective forecasting framework and review process with cross-functional teams
- Maintain reusable definitions in markdown-based documentation and other shared knowledge assets to support team enablement and skill-building
- Conduct ad-hoc analysis to answer critical business questions and deliver data-driven insights
- Proactively identify opportunities to further fuel our GTM organization's growth
About You
Required Experience & Skills:
- 4+ years' experience in sales strategy, sales operations, business analyst, or financial analyst role
- Proficiency with Claude Code (Anthropic's agentic command-line coding tool), or comparable AI-assisted development/automation tools, to build and maintain reporting scripts, automate data pipelines, and accelerate ad hoc analysis
- Exceptional problem-solving skills, with a solid ability to drive towards action and impact
- Experience with data modeling, machine learning algorithms, and data science techniques
- Motivation to work cross-functionally with various stakeholders, including Sales, Marketing, Engineering, and Finance
- Ability to work in a dynamic setting while maintaining accuracy and delivering against deadlines
- Demonstrated ability to manage analytic projects from inception to delivery, including developing structured scalable solutions
- Understanding of how sales models/sales processes work as well as sales forecasting business processes
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail
Preferred Qualifications:
- Champion AI-first approaches to analytics, reporting, and business intelligence
- Experience in SaaS, subscription, consumption, or recurring revenue business models
- Experience with forecasting, predictive analytics, and statistical modeling
- Experience supporting CFO, CRO, or executive leadership teams

The base pay details represent the annualized salary range for the posted position. While we share a comprehensive range, a candidate’s final base salary will fall within these guidelines and will be determined based on multiple factors including but not limited to: qualifications of the candidate, job related knowledge, prior related experience, specific and unique skills, the location of the role, internal equity and internal budget.
