ROLE TITLE: Sr. Analyst, Finance DTC (Tactical Opps)

ROLE OVERVIEW:

The Direct-to-Consumer Finance Tactical Opportunities Sr Analyst will work collaboratively with the broader Direct-to-Consumer Finance and Direct-to-Consumer Business Operations teams to analyze and value tactical opportunities, pricing adjustments, promotions, and other ad-hoc analyses as needed.

A successful candidate will have strong technical and collaboration skills, being able to jump from high-level business discussions to deep dives on granular assumptions, staying on top of the Business Operations team to learn of any material product developments, and working with the broader Finance team to ensure that all financial impacts are properly calculated, in line with established methodologies, and are properly accounted for in any forecasts and projections.

ACCOUNTABLE FOR:

• Accurately analyzing and communicating tactical opportunities, pricing, promotional and other valuations
• Working with Business Operations to stay on top of any and all product developments
• Developing and maintaining valuation models aligned with broader Finance methodologies
• Develop and/or collaborate with ad hoc analyses as needed

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Years of experience: +3 years experience in FP&A roles required
• Preferred industries: Entertainment, Technology, Consumer Products
• Technical expertise:
  • University Degree in Economics, Finance, Business Administration, Digital Business Administration
  • Excellent modelling skills
• Work tools/ Systems/ Software required and level of expertise:
  • Excel (required)
  • Power BI (required)
  • Python / R
  • VBA is a plus
  • Alteryx is a plus
• Skills/key competences:
  • Team player, highly responsible and dedicated
  • Strong analytical and logical skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Languages:
  • Spanish required
  • English required
  • Portuguese is a plus
