As a SpringBoot Integration - Senior Associate, you will engage in the design and development of innovative software solutions within our Technology Consulting practice. You will work closely with clients to understand their needs and deliver tailored solutions that drive business success. This role involves collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to integrate and implement software systems that enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness.

As a Senior Associate, you will leverage your problem-solving skills and critical thinking to navigate complex challenges and deliver quality work. You will build meaningful client relationships and develop a deeper understanding of the business context. This position offers the chance to mentor junior team members, guiding them in their professional growth while maintaining professional and technical standards.

Responsibilities

- Developing and integrating software solutions using Spring Boot and microservices architecture
- Managing application lifecycle and implementing continuous integration/continuous delivery (CI/CD) practices
- Conducting code reviews and maintaining coding standards to enhance software quality
- Collaborating with clients to analyze business requirements and deliver tailored solutions
- Utilizing programming languages such as Java, Python, and JavaScript for software development and troubleshooting
- Designing and implementing enterprise application integration strategies to optimize system performance
- Leading software testing and debugging processes to identify and resolve issues efficiently
- Applying analytical thinking and business process improvement techniques to enhance client outcomes
- Building and maintaining relationships with stakeholders to support client management and project success
- Promoting innovation and embracing change within software engineering teams

What You Must Have

- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 4 years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required

Responsibilities

- Developing innovative software solutions to drive digital transformation and enhance business performance
- Designing, coding, and testing applications using Java, Spring Boot, and other programming languages
- Collaborating with team members and clients to gather requirements and deliver exceptional user experiences
- Applying knowledge of software development methodologies, including Acceptance Test Driven Development (ATDD) and Continuous Integration/Continuous Delivery (CI/CD)
- Conducting code reviews and debugging to maintain quality software standards
- Utilizing API Management and Enterprise Application Integration to streamline processes and improve functionality
- Engaging in business process improvement and management to optimize software solutions
- Participating in software project planning and management to validate timely delivery and alignment with client needs
- Building a personal brand by consistently delivering quality work and contributing to team success

What You Must Have

- At least a Bachelor's degree
- Oral and written proficiency in English required

-REST API design and consumption (HTTP methods, endpoints, status codes)

-Authentication patterns: OAuth2, API Key, Basic Auth

-JOLT transformation for JSON payload mapping and reshaping

-Service type configuration: REST, SOAP, DB2, MQ

Apache Avro schema design

-Exception handling: retry strategies, compensatory event maps ,DLQ (Dead Letter Queue) analysis and failure diagnosis

-Trigger pattern configuration: sync and async- Preference for at least one of the following fields of study: Artificial Intelligence, Business Analytics, Computer and Data Engineering, Computer Science, Human Computer Interaction, Industrial Engineering, Information Systems/Technology, Machine Learning, Management Information Systems, Software Engineering
- Demonstrating proficiency in Spring Boot and Java programming

- Utilizing Continuous Integration/Continuous Delivery (CI/CD) methodologies
- Applying knowledge of microservices architecture and API management
- Excelling in client management and communication skills
- Developing skills in software troubleshooting and debugging
- Engaging in business process improvement and requirements analysis
